The JV5-160S are the next generation solvent inkjetprintersequipped with newly developed print heads. The new JV5 seriesprovidesan ultra-high print speed of 40m2/hr (430sq.ft/hr) with a newhighquality 540 x 1080 dpi mode, designed for short distance signageandphotorealistic applications. The new generation JV5 responds to theneeds of power users and quick delivery by using a newly developedprinthead which carries 4 times as many nozzles as the current JV3series.In addition to this breakthrough advancement is a recentlydevelopedMimaki head configuration of 4 staggered print heads.

These auto functions are designed to total greatly improve operatorefficiency, resulting in the highest quality and consistency of theprinted work.
Two kinds of solvent inks are available: ES3 inkwhich iseco-designed & low odor, HS ink for high scratch-resistanceanddurability (HS ink will be available in the near future)
3WAYintelligent heating system includes a-large-sized post-heaterandanexternal dryer enabling super-high speed printing and take-upmechanism,allowing media to be printed fast with any kind of ink.
